We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead our growth efforts in the Greek market through strategic customer engagement and account development. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and executing our commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth. Responsibilities Oversee sales and upselling initiatives targeting strategic clients Identify and approach potential clients Follow leads to drive business development Monitor competition Suggest proposals regarding sales margins for critical, large-scale projects Proposal Writing Define the commercial offers Organize sales meetings with clients Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and follow - up with existing clients Serve as point of contact for client and provide resolution at a senior level Meet with vendors to stay up to date with new, areas of interest and collaboration Update the CRM and budgeting platforms Monitor the progress of current offers Responsible for the commercial supervision of the projects' execution Review and adjust contracts concerning commercial terms Follow up on accounts receivables Update job knowledge by attending educational opportunities/trainings University/College degree in Engineering, Economics or other relative discipline MSc in Computer Science or an MBA is desired Experience in a similar role (e.g. Sales Consultant, Account Manager) especially in healthcare is highly preferred Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal) Certifications in Key Account & Sales Management, Negotiations, Contract Management etc. are preferred An attractive salary package Private health insurance plan Career development and growth opportunities An amazing private & open-office workspace in Athens #LI-On-site Continuous training via personalized seminars Stable and enjoyable working environment
