By empowering campsite partners to embrace online bookability, you will be the crucial link that drives our commercial growth and shapes a modern, digital ecosystem for the entire region. What you can expect In particular, your tasks will be: Market Development & Representation: Take ownership of developing the Italian and Croatian markets, alongside selected Balkan countries, and represent PiNCAMP at industry events, partner meetings, and market visits. Portfolio Expansion: Drive the growth of online bookable campsites by proactively acquiring and convincing new partners of the value of online bookability on PiNCAMP. Relationship Management: Build and maintain sustainable, long-term business relationships with existing campsites, groups, associations, and key stakeholders. Technical & Commercial Support: Help partners optimize their technical online bookability, distribution setup, and connectivity performance, while explaining complex technical or commercial processes in a simple, understandable way. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams — including Data, BI, or Marketing — to ensure successful partner activation and long-term performance. Strategic Growth: Identify new market opportunities and contribute innovative ideas, solutions, and initiatives to further develop and scale the region. Wobei kannst du uns helfen? What you should bring Professional Experience: At least 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably within tourism, digital platforms, or travel-related environments. Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English (C1), both written and spoken; knowledge of German and Croatian is considered a valuable asset. Industry Expertise: A strong understanding of and hands-on experience with online distribution, online bookability, or digital sales channels. Communication & Drive: Exceptional communication skills combined with a high, natural level of energy, enthusiasm, and interpersonal drive.
