Responsibilities
  • New Client Acquisition: Prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities within the adult training industry to expand the client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their training needs, and upselling/cross-selling relevant programs.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs analysis with clients to understand their training requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from our portfolio.
  • Solution Customization: Collaborate with the training delivery team to tailor training programs to the specific needs of clients and learners, showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our training solutions.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our training programs.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and manage contract agreements in collaboration with the legal team.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the sales management team.
  • Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients on their training experience and relay valuable insights to the training and product teams for continuous improvement.
