Our benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Virtual Medical Services Bonuses and Company Paid Medical Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan + company match Company paid life insurance and STD Vacation time, plus 12 company paid holidays Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Plus more! 1 REPORTING RELATIONSHIP Reports to the Director of Sales. 2 PURPOSE 2.1 Function 2.1.1 Maintain and develop productive client relationships. 2.1.2 Oversee projects and business relationships with assigned accounts. 3 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 3.1 Maintain and communicate customer timelines and deliverables; 3.2 Initiate and develop strong relationship with customer base; 3.3 Analyze all existing program profitability and perform cost improvement activities to add value to the product and recover loss; 3.4 Lead new business RFQ meetings and manage tracking of quote performance to assure timing and targets are met or addressed; 3.5 Responsible for cost estimate for new products; 3.6 Field account and product-related calls from clients; 3.7 Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate; 3.8 Manage, support, and service the account-related needs of an assigned set of strategic customers; 3.9 All other duties as assigned. 4 MEASUREMENTS/COMPETENCIES 4.1 Ability to work with and communicate with others. 4.2 Confident, self-driven, and dynamic; 4.3 Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets; 4.4 Ability to lead a project using own initiative and working as part of a team; 4.5 Ability to create and maintain accurate/accessible and organized documentation; 4.6 Ability to present results and strategy at the senior management level; 4.7 Ability to effectively manage customer and staff relationships; 4.8 Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities; 4.9 Effective and productive meetings; Requirements 5 SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITY This position has no supervisory responsibilities. 6 WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. 7 QUALIFICATIONS 7.1 High school diploma or equivalent. 7.2 Three years account/project management experience preferred, with automotive experience a plus. 7.3 Excellent organizational and communication skills; 7.4 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; 7.5 Team player and model employee. 8 PHYSICAL DEMANDS 8.1 The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 8.2 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type, file or lift office supplies up to 20 pounds.
