Description:
Full-time position of Sales Manager at L Pearce Home Improvements. The annual starting salary for this position will be £24,000 which will be reviewed after your 3 months’ probation period (To increase to on £26,000 completion)
Your basic will be paid on a weekly basis by direct debit starting on the first Friday of your first week in employment.
Commission and bonus’s will be paid on a monthly basis.
The offer includes Company owned Phone and Laptop.
As Mentioned, your place of work will be in the office and out in the field.
Working hours will be based on 40 hours per week. 8-4.30pm 5 days a week.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and being at the forefront of L Pearce Home Improvements.
As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
You should have excellent communication, negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful and long-term client relationships.
In addition to this starting salary, you have the opportunity to earn commission through successful completion of your sales Target.
The commission structure is non-contractual, and we will go through a separate document to outline the current agreement.
Your employment is on a permanent basis with a 3-month probation period.
As an employee of L Pearce Home Improvements, you are also eligible for 30 days holiday each year which runs April to April. (Yours will be Pro-Rata for this year) Bank holidays included in the 30 days allocated.
In relation to growth in the business the opportunities are endless in this role, assuming growth continues within the company there will be lots of chances long term to be more involved in the business side of things.
Full product training will be available but must have experience and interest in window and door/ homeimprovment industry.
