We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the DACH region. This role offers the flexibility to run your own business unit while leveraging Exertis’ strong industry presence.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in IT or technology solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (CEO/CTO level).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • German is a prerequisite
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently from a home office and travel as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage customer relationships in the DACH region.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
  • Deliver value-added account management and introduce new technologies to customers.
  • Meet revenue and margin targets through strategic account planning.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual & onsite), presentations, and product training.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams.
