We’re looking for an awesome person to join our amazing team as a Sales Account Manager. While we are open to candidates of all experience levels, the ideal person is a sales professional who sees their role not just as a moving product, but as a strategic partner dedicated to helping clients achieve their marketing goals. Responsibilities
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, nurturing and growing these relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify new opportunities, present new product ideas, and expand the use of promotional merchandise within their organizations.
  • Become a brand expert for your clients, understanding their needs and business objectives to propose tailored, creative solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish for your existing accounts, including quoting, order placement, and ensuring a seamless experience. Leads will be provided, allowing you to focus on building and deepening client connections.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including existing account revenue growth and business retention rate.
