Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You’ll serve as a key contact between the customer and our internal teams and production, helping to drive sales and ensure successful project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the lighting and electrical industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, designers, contractors, and distributors
  • Provide product recommendations and technical support tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and project satisfaction
  • Track project timelines, quotes, and order status
  • Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events as needed
  • Stay updated on product lines, market trends, and competitive activity
