The Sales/Account Manager will help manage complex global customer relationships, develop new customer opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to support all accounts in a fast-paced technical environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * This is not an inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned* Serve as the lead for customer account management for US and European customers. Generate new customer opportunities through targeted online campaigns (LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Google Ads, etc.), attending conferences, and posting relevant content to promote Pixelligent’s product offerings. Collaborate with internal technical, cross functional teams to meet customer requirements and resolve customer issues. Collect and analyze customer feedback along with market and competitive data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Maintain up-to-date customer activities and data in Salesforce. Participate/present in various technical industry events domestically and internationally. Manage PR/marketing company relationships. Supervisory Responsibility This position will initially supervise one marketing resource with additional sales resources planned. Preference is a BS degree in technical scientific field such as chemical engineering or material sciences, or a BA degree in marketing, communications with a minor in a technical field. 2. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in account management in B2B environment. Preferably in a technical organization. 3. Demonstrated success communicating with engineers, scientists, and building relationships with other technical organizations in the industry. 4. Experience working with CRM tools including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 , LinkedIn, Hubspot, etc. Salary range: $125,000 - $165,000 + Bonus + Equity **The referenced pay range is based on Pixelligent's good faith belief at the time of posting. Final Salary and compensation will vary based on factors such as work experience, market and business conditions, education, degree level, training and skill level with consideration for internal equity.
