As we continue to grow, we are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Sales/Account Manager to join our team in the Inland Empire.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales/Account Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding strong client relationships in the multifamily housing sector. This role is primarily field-based and includes regular visits to client offices, attendance at industry events, and participation in business development activities. The ideal candidate is outgoing, highly organized, and capable of building long-term client trust.
This position is classified as exempt and is eligible for a base salary plus commission in accordance with applicable California wage and hour laws.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Experience in territory management to optimize sales efforts.

  • Sales or account management experience in the construction, property management, or related industries is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
  • Use CRM tools and other systems to track outreach, contacts, and opportunities
