Job Description We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales & Account Manager to join our Q-Commerce team in Budapest. In this role, you will focus primarily on signing mid-tail retail partners within Budapest, helping us expand our presence beyond food retail into new and exciting verticals such as electronics, home, beauty, FMCG, and large multi-store brands. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in sales and account management while working with well-known retailers and supporting the development of our expanding Q-Commerce portfolio. Your mission: Sales & Partner Acquisition Identify, reach out to, and sign mid-tail retail partners in Budapest Focus on high-value categories such as electronics, home & DIY, beauty, FMCG, and other general retail segments. Work with warm and “hot” leads, including major opportunities (e.g., electronics partners, toy brands and other potential large chains) Engage new partners through outreach, including LinkedIn sourcing, identifying decision-makers, and initiating conversations. Manage a prioritized target list consisting of key leads and drive them through the sales funnel. Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Q-Commerce central teams) to ensure smooth contracting and onboarding processes. Account Management (later stage) Once the main pipeline is covered, gradually take on account management responsibilities for newly signed partners. Maintain relationships and support partners throughout early onboarding and performance ramp-up. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in sales, partner acquisition, business development, or account management Fluent in Hungarian and English Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable performing outreach, sourcing contacts, and initiating conversations with brand decision-makers Ability to manage multiple leads at different negotiation stages in a fast-moving environment Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks from early negotiation to signing Additional Information Modern, dog-friendly office in Budapest’s Haller Gardens – easy to reach, even by bike!
