Rapid Personnel are working with a leading distribution and manufacturing company based in South Reading, recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience within a Sales / Account Management role is essential (2-3 years)
• Experience within the Metal industry is essential
• Experience within the Aerospace industry is desirable
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Negotiation skills
• Networking abilities
• Proven ‘account growth’ experience

• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients to maximise sales opportunities
• Elements of Business Development to further progress your portfolio
• Provide outstanding customer experience and service
• Analyse opportunities within existing accounts to create business growth opportunities
• To plan, create and present solution proposals to client base
• Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails
• Updating CRM systems and completing associated admin duties
