Expanding their team to meet growing customer demand, this is a new role in a successful department.
Day-to-day you will be a key contact new and existing customers in the business, ensuring customer experience is maximised and customers secure maximum benefit from company products.
Duties will include :-
- Identifying and contacting new target B2B customers, pitching, negotiating and closing agreements
- Handling incoming enquiries from external marketing and existing customer referrals
- Developing proposals of product packages and providing tailored information to clients
- Conducting 6 monthly and ad hoc reviews with customers to discuss performance
- Upselling and cross selling
- Attending industry events to represent the business
- Customer visits and video meetings
- Working with other teams to align sales and marketing strategies.

Mon-Fri 32 hours
£28-30,000 base salary + bonus/commission = £35-40,000 OTE year 1
