Description

This Market Leader (Wearable / Monitoring / Technical Healthcare Products – Designed, Developed and Manufactured in-house) seek an Ambitious Sales & Account Manager to join their small Team (Head office is in Hertfordshire – however the Role is remote with some travel to Customer Sites)
Ideally you will be based nr the M1 Corridor (as this is the target area - South Midlands (Milton Keynes and up), East Midlands up - To South Yorkshire (Sheffield - although areas around Leeds would work!)
A super exiting (and stable) Role – different to many other Sales based roles (Not targeted / pressured – sensible working environment - Fantastic World Class Products)
A base Salary is offered - with great scope to progress (Note - There is not commission, as there the Role is not based around Targets)
Your Role will be mainly Home based (online / telephone) but with some travel to Customer / Client – Travel by Car / Public Transport is obviously covered, as are sensible expenses. You will need to be happy with travel as this is part of the Role (Product Demos - Face to Face Sales Meetings etc)

Make telephone calls, in-person visits, presentations (including technical product demonstrations) and training sessions to current and prospective customers.

Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Produce clear and effective written proposals / quotations for current and prospective customers.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints in line with company procedures.
Co-ordinate sales effort with sales management and other departments within the business as required.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with other departments within the business.
