Description The Sales Account Manager/Reservationist is responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships from development to completion of service. A key objective is to build and retain ECHO/AFC relationships over multiple markets while generating new revenue with consistent margin. Ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Candidate required to type minimum 60 WPM with accuracy, handle busy phones and ability to confidently meet with clients face to face. Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively is required. This position is full-time in office position, Monday through Friday however, occasional overtime and weekends are required. Ground Transportation experience is a must specifically in the Motor Coach and Charter industry. Requirements Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Providing exceptional Customer Service! • Client Acquisition: Execute Outbound calls to minor and major accounts and manage a lead generation pipeline. • Sales Lifecycle: Provide accurate price quotes, develop logistics plans and close sales while maintaining acceptable conversion rates. • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for confirmations, change documents, contracts • Market Intelligence: Track and report on competitor pricing, service offerings, inventory trends and reporting to VP of National Sales • Financial Oversight: Development of individual revenue goals and ensure timely collection of payments/Invoices/POs • Monitor service provided with follow up to achieve consistent customer satisfaction • Responsible for handling inbound calls and responding timely • Santa Cruz software experience is a must • A book of business is a plus • Weekly status reports Pay: Base Salary + Commission Benefits: Medical (company will pay 75% of employee coverage) Dental Vision Supplemental benefits (Short-term, Long-term, Accident, Critical Illness, 401k with company match!!!
