REQUIREMENT:

  • Possess a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, others background is welcomed
  • Have passion for water features and attractions
  • Experience managing a distribution network.
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities
  • Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
  • Deep understanding of the product or service being sold.
  • Awareness of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and KPIs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally.
  • Experience coordinating with regional teams, distributors, or partners.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the General Manager in Singapore to implement business strategies to meet Company’s sales objectives and targets.
  • Methodically collect competitive market information and analysis leading to development of appropriate strategies for sustainable business growth.
  • Analyse, develop, and implement pricing structure.
  • Weekly reporting of all business development and marketing activities within the market.
  • Act as the go-to-person for channel partner orders’ shipment dates and resolve logistics-related issues in a cooperative manner with colleagues.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement appropriate marketing/ promotional events to develop product and brand recognition within your assigned territories.
  • Implement and manage all social media marketing strategies across various platforms for your assigned market.
  • Work closely with current distributors and develop new client accounts.
  • Travel within your assigned territories to understand market trends and requirements to develop new business opportunities throughout the country.
  • Regularly visit partner network throughout your assigned territories to ensure that all P.O.S, marketing and promotional collaterals are properly displayed and in good working order.
  • Conduct training workshops for partner network whenever necessary.
