SALES/ACCOUNT MANAGER – JOB POSTING

Sigmapac Engineered Services Ltd is a manufacturer of custom returnable and expendable packaging solutions for all industries. From reusable metal racking to expendable boxes our facilities specialize in the design, production and repair of automotive bins and racks. Our offices are in Windsor, London, Scarborough and Indianapolis.
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Sales Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, while also managing and growing existing customer accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive packaging solutions, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to align customer needs with Sigmapac’s engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years in sales, account management, or business development within the automotive manufacturing/engineering industry experience. (OEM or Teir 1 preferred)

SKILLS:

  • Proven ability to generate leads, develop relationships, and close deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • High level of self-motivation and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Achievement of meeting or exceeding sales targets quarterly/annually.
    Assets: Knowledge of packaging machinery, manufacturing processes, or engineered service solutions.
