Responsibilities
  • Serving as the primary account manager for specific teams in the assigned account.
  • Driving and coordinating technical resources to support an understanding of the customer’s challenges and needs.
  • Developing and directing complex technical sales plans, which may involve competitive displacements and creative business solutions to meet or exceed pre-established quotas and account initiatives.
  • Evaluating products, building solution proposals, and closing business with the customer, through managing the complete sales opportunity and process.
  • Coordinating the preparation of written proposals and interfacing with internal organizations such as business units, legal, finance, and order processing for the purpose of closing business.
  • Account planning, project management, forecasting, lead generation, prospecting, collecting and elaborating competitive information, opportunity qualification, delivery of sales presentations, and proposals.
  • Developing long-term business opportunities within global customers by creating close relationships with key decision-makers within the account base, and organizing periodic Technical and Executive Review Meetings and other account-specific events.
