Responsibilities

The Bradford Mint division at the Bradford Exchange, has a brand-new opportunity that would suit someone who has prior sales experience and/or Account Management experience.
You will be calling existing clients who have bought from The Bradford Exchange before and obtaining new business by calling to help them buy products that speak to their interests (mostly rare and unique coins and collectables!) and convert those into sales. You will also be calling potential new business leads to sell to.
Through this, you will build a portfolio of clients that you will look after, being their main point of contact. This will include sales, general account management, following up bad debts and any after sale care!
