We’re looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our UK Wholesale Team. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- A full, clean UK driver’s license.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is a predominantly field-based position. You will be based at our headquarters in Dyrham, but with a set of customers one of the three territories:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Growth: Build and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers in your geographical area.
- Product Expertise: Deliver in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and marketing initiatives to prospective and current customers.
- Customer Visits: Organise and prepare for customer meetings, following a structured schedule set with the UK Wholesale Manager.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system, Gold Vision, including notes and follow-up actions.
- Event Participation: Represent The Fine Cheese Co. at trade shows, customer events, and other industry gatherings as requested.
- Invoice Support: Collaborate with the finance team to assist with credit control and invoice management for your territory.
- Purchasing Insights: Work closely with the purchasing team to share insights into customer buying trends, helping to refine stock management and forecasting.
