POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking an IT Account Manager to build and maintain strategic relationships with new and prospective clients while identifying new business opportunities. This is a pure sales role focused on cold and warm outreach, relationship building, business development, and revenue growth within existing accounts and net new accounts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• College or university graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
• Basic understanding of IT solutions and services to facilitate business conversations
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
• Strong analytical and business development capabilities
