As part of our on-going expansion, we are now recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join our team in Accrington.
As our Sales Account Manager you will be driving inbound and outbound sales calls to a pre-determined and active customer base, maximising sales targets through a core product range.

Responsibilities
  • Managing outbound and inbound sales calls
  • Analyse sales data provided to identify sales opportunities
  • Deliver on and exceed agreed sales targets / objectives
  • Use sales skills to promote new products by utilising support and knowledge within the business to capitalise on best practice and increase revenues
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of products and gaining an understanding of the industry
  • Identifying customer gaps and needs, working to ensure these are met and fulfilled
  • Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
  • To plan and execute weekly customer meetings to build and maintain relationships, with prospecting built in to on the road plans
  • To accurately process customer orders, record customer information and ensure the correct payments are transacted
  • Assist Key Account Managers, process their orders as directed on a daily basis in an efficient and effective manner.
