SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Full-Time | 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday
$22-$28 per hour + Commission pay

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage key client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and represent V-Trust at industry events and trade shows. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they receive top-tier quality control solutions tailored to their needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and industry connections.
• Trade Show Representation: Represent V-Trust at international trade shows, industry events, and conferences to generate leads.
• Client Consultation: Understand clients’ quality control needs and recommend appropriate inspection, audit, and testing services.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback using CRM tools.
• Account Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
