About the role As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in the CFD trading space. Your role is critical in delivering a seamless trading experience, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to support client onboarding, retention, and growth. This is a dynamic, client-facing role ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial markets, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to grow within a global FinTech company. Responsibilities Manage relationships with retail and corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Provide market insights, product education, and trading platform support. Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. Assist clients with account setup, funding, and platform navigation. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery. Stay up-to-date with market trends, trading products, and regulatory changes. Conduct platform demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Strong interest in financial markets and trading (CFDs, FX, commodities, indices). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English; additional languages (Afrikaans/Zulu) are a plus. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, client-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude. Previous experience in brokerage, trading, or financial services is advantageous.
