Responsibilities:

  • Build, grow, and maintain relationships with customers
  • Sell technology products, services and solutions
  • Prospect for new customers and grow your book of business
  • Educated yourself on the industry’s top trends, be at the forefront of technology
  • Collaborate with peers. Partner with OEMs and service solutions providers to bring the best technology and solutions to your customers
  • Manage escalations, provide sustainable resolution & risk avoidance for customers
  • Resolve order related problems using tenacity, persistence, and a high level of tactfulness
  • Work with sales operations to ensure that customer orders are placed and acknowledged in a manner that exceeds expectations
  • Manage orders throughout the entire cycle, from order entry to invoicing

    Must-have:

  • Be self-motivated, ambitious and interested in all things technology

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to navigate digital tools including social media platforms.
  • Have a passion for affinity for relationship building
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow and develop your skillset
  • Interest in nurturing lasting customer relationship
  • Ability to communicate well and interest to help your customers understand technology

    Nice-to-have:

  • Fluency written and verbal communications in both English and French

  • Leadership experience at school, student organizations or through community involvement
