Job Summary:  Supervise sales and distribution in the assigned territory, implement company plans and programs, and develop new accounts to achieve sales targets. Provide ongoing feedback on competitive activities, recommend pricing strategies, and prepare volume forecasts to ensure adequate supply availability.  Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly appointment targets.Process all payables from the Distributor to the Company.Create a monthly consensus forecast for feeds, pet food, and San Miguel Animal Healthcare products.Attend all management meetings.Develop plans and programs to generate incremental volume, including guiding distributors, conducting monthly business reviews, and overseeing training and manpower related to individual KPIs. Qualifications: Must be a graduate of any business related course Can drive manual transmission vehicle, with valid Driver's license Preferably 1-2 years experience in distributor and sales operation Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
