Responsibilities

As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales, Logistics, and financial operations. This position combines traditional account administration responsibilities with entry-level account management duties, including:

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for key clients, addressing queries and ensuring accurate data records.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and credit notes efficiently.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and collaborate with customer accounts to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Liaise with carriers and logistical partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Address customer inquiries professionally, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor account activities, providing updates to customers on orders and deliveries.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation management.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and assist in our factory shop when needed.
  • Maintain and update databases with relevant information regularly.
