JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven sales Account and business development Manager who will be responsible for managing existing off- licence business in Northway Tewkesbury area. As a part of the job he,who will be carrying out handling customers , developing new business opportunities through suppliers , and driving sales growth across the off-licence product range (alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, snacks, etc.). Acts as the main point of contact for key customers , ensures excellent service.

  • Proven experience in retail sector.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations and responsible alcohol retailing.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management – Maintain relationships with retail customers, process orders, resolve issues, and ensure repeat business.

  • Compliance – Ensure all sales activities follow alcohol licensing laws and company policies.
  • Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
  • Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till
  • Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours
