Salesperson
Salary:$2500-$3000 (Base salary $2000-$2200, +$200 commission after 3 months)
Working Hours:10:30am-9:30pm, 5-day workweek

8 days off per month, one weekday, one weekend

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying potential customers and qualifying them based on their needs and potential for purchase.
  • Product Knowledge: Possessing a deep understanding of the products or services being offered and being able to effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Sales Presentations: Delivering compelling presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of the product or service.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms and closing deals with customers, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Reporting: Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and reporting on key metrics to management.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to refine sales strategies and improve product offerings.
