JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management,
  • Commerce or equivalent.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and liaises with customers and financing institutions on all concerns regarding BF-related transactions.
  • Ensures the orderly and on time compliance of customers of all documentation requirements for BF-related transactions.
  • Coordinates and ensures the issuance of insurance Certificate of Cover (COC) and policy from accredited insurance agencies.
  • Ensures the orderly and on time collection of proceeds and other incentives from the financing institutions and insurance agencies.
  • in-charge of after-sales customer service.
  • receives customer’s payment and prepares necessary sales documents and submit them to the Branch Head and other concerned heads.
  • reproduces sales documentation to be used as attachments in the payment of commission, incentives, and the like and submit to the Branch head for approval.
  • prepares Vehicle Registration of Unit with corresponding documents and coordinates closely to the Registration Officer on the status of the vehicle registration, plate release, and etc.
  • Monitors various inventory movements and ensures that information is updated from real-time manner.
  • preparing reports such as sales and collection, reservation status, unit status etc.
  • ensures time and accurate liquidation and replenishment of Petty Cash Fund.
  • in-charge of the company’s Bank Financing with the clients from processing and completion of documentation requirements.
