We are pleased to invite dynamic and service-oriented individuals for the following position:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum O, A Level Qualification or above.
  • At least 1 year working experience in order processing/customer service/logistics.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Sage 300 Cloud, SAP, or any related ERP system will be an advantage
  • Able to work Independently, possess initiative and motivated
Responsibilities
  • Perform day to day order processing into the ERP system.
  • Monitor status of orders and liaise with respective parties to ensure timely delivery.
  • Attend to customer order, logistics and shipping enquiries. Engage and resolve logistical and shipping issue in a proactively and timely manner.
  • Liaise with overseas and local vendors, freight forwarders and transporters with respect to any order processing and shipping related matters.
  • Comparing and deal with quotes from freight forwarders.
  • Preparing freight quotation and sales quotations to customers.
  • Supporting in accounting functions and related tasks. Such as, generating daily invoices.
  • Additional tasks assigned by the Senior Operations Manager
