Job Description We are seeking an organized and efficient Sales Admin to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth operations. Manage and update customer information in the CRM system Process sales orders and maintain accurate sales records Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and opportunities Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and prospects Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and appointments Maintain an organized filing system for sales documents Support the sales team with various administrative tasks as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient sales processes Qualifications Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales administration or a related role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor Additional Information Required Outstanding negotiation and closing skill Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and reporting (preferred) Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
