JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Position Title: Sales Admin / Coordinator
  • Working Location: Central – Redhill
  • Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD 3000 + Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries by providing timely and accurate quotations, ensuring follow-up to convert inquiries into sales
  • Manage client communications, resolve queries and concerns swiftly to uphold excellent service standards
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows, including overseas events. Manage booth setup, engage with potential clients, and collect leads to support sales efforts
  • Support the preparation and submission of tender documents. Collaborate with various departments to collect necessary information and ensure compliance with tender requirements
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure data integrity
  • Manage additional administrative tasks as assigned
