The Opportunity – Sales Admin/Coordinator
The Sales Admin/Coordinator will oversee the sales budget, monitor expenditure, and analyze monthly sales targets to assess team performance and identify improvement opportunities. This role involves compiling sales data and budget information into actionable reports, collaborating with sales leadership to enhance strategies, and working closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns. Additionally, the coordinator will provide backup support for marketing projects as needed.
Primary Duties:
- Oversee and manage the sales budget, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
- Monitor expenditures and variances, providing recommendations for budget adjustments as needed
- Monthly sale tracking by sale rep with a quarterly review
- CRM Training and Maintenance and Management
- Analyze and review monthly sales target, assessing team performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Prepare detailed reports on sale performance against targets for management review
- Monitor and track individual and team sales targets, providing support and guidance to ensure goals are met or exceeded
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies for enhancing team performance
- Compile and consolidate sale data and budget information from various sources into clear and actionable reports
- Maintain organized records to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Support development of PPT with the Marketing lead
- Provide insight and feedback from sales data to inform marketing initiatives
- Act as a backup for the marketing department, assisting with marketing projects and tasks as required
- Support marketing activities by coordinating logistics and providing administrative assistance
- Support CEO and Commercial Director with Data entry and Spreadsheet Development and Maintenance
Compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System – including but not limited to the following:
Take into consideration environmental aspects and impacts during the design of products and services.
Using appropriate control forms, work instructions and adhering to applicable SOPs.
Maintaining good record-keeping practices while adhering to quality and safety programs.
Ensure they are aware of all actual and potential health and safety hazards in their area of responsibility and that employees are advised of the existence of any potential or actual danger to their health or safety of which the supervisor is aware
- Minimal travel required (less than 10%)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration or coordination
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
