Complete core tasks such as but not limited to data entry, reporting and ad hoc administration duties as delegated by the Office Administration Manager Provide support to Office Administration Manager and sales staff in daily sales administration duties Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible. Follow all Company policies and procedures and adhere to industry and Company best practices Display integrity and attention to detail when receiving cash payments, reconcile and balancing cash floats daily Stay current with required government licenses, certification, work permits, etc. where required Maintain standard of appearance in the common areas, administration office, children Centre and staff lounge as needed Always display a high standard of professional and personal conduct Employees must ensure they comply with WDAP’s OH&S Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by WDAP. Employees must not willfully place at risk the health and safety of themselves or any other persons in the workplace and to not willfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety. Display Hospitality with Heart customer centric focused service to all internal and external parties. Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products. Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise. Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible. MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS What should the position holder be and have?
