Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant cum Sales Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting daily administrative tasks while helping streamline the sales operations of the office.

  • Lead Management - Follow up on old enquiries.
  • Preparing the quotations and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments as well with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
  • Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate corporate entertainment activities and manage overall office operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Candidate must be available in UAE.

Experience: 1 to 2 Years.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
