We’re expanding our team and looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Sales Admin Executive to support our fast-moving Sales department. You’ll work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and an excellent client experience. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare simple agreements (like quotations and invoices) and support the Sales team with administrative tasks Create jobsheets and coordinate installation bookings with clients Follow up with clients on required documents and payments Update and maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM Assist Marketing and Operations with documents required for BRD meetings Perform general administrative duties as needed What We’re Looking For Min 2 years of administrative, coordination, or support experience, fresh grads are welcome to apply as well! Strong willingness to learn and adapt Good communication and follow-up skills Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) Bonus: Experience with HubSpot or CRM systems Why Join EPOS?
