You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Customer Care Team. In this role you will be responsible for: Providing administrative support. Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls. Ensure all documentation pertaining to customers are updated into the respective service database timely and accurately. Sales data key in and update in the system. Any other task or duties that maybe assigned from time to time. Duration: Depending on your university's requirement The ideal candidate will possess: Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course) Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis Monthly allowance Opportunity to be absorbed as permanent employee (based on your work performance) Location of this branch: Rentokil Initial (M) Sdn Bhd, Lot 5206-A, Jalan 2/44, Kawasan Perindustrian Pengkalan Chepa 2, 16100 Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
