Description du poste ✨ Key responsabilities : Payments & Deal Management Verify payments and assign them to the correct deals Follow up with clients, manage payments, and update property availability Negotiate payment schedules when needed Provide support in closing deals (contacting owners for availability, pricing, etc.) Track closed deals for the three B2C teams KPI Monitoring & Reporting Monitor and analyze the team’s KPIs, and update dashboards Update daily performance and activity figures Create various reports to improve the team’s conversion rate Support the team for each “Regco” meeting for every destination and analyze KPIs for each Team & Administrative Support Support the Bramble team (organizing their figures, managing their shared inbox) Prepare materials for weekly meetings, sales meetings Update customer information and Cardex Qualifications Strong rigor, organization, and attention to detail are essential Strong interest in the luxury, travel, and hospitality sectors Good written and verbal communication skills in English, French is a plus Autonomous, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team Proficient in office tools (Excel, Word) Positive and flexible mindset, with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment Informations complémentaires 🫰 Perks : 🏡 2 days of remote per week 🎂 1 day off for your birthday (excluding weekends and public holidays) 💻 A laptop 📞 A professional cell phone (for operational functions) 🎊 Events all year round Process : HR interview Role-specific interview with the manager Business Case Fit call with Regional Director
