Description

JOB SCOPE

  • Handle daily inside sales order entry and invoicing.
  • Track vendor/mill delivery dates, update systems, and inform sales/customers of changes.
  • Coordinate with operations on daily deliveries, open order reports, and vendor status.
  • Communicate order updates to customers, including rescheduling when needed.
  • Support finance and sales engineers on accounts receivable.
  • Assist cross-department goals to meet company requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum O-Level/Diploma/Degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales role in manufacturing/steel distribution/precision engineering.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, and responsive.
