Overview This role supports the UK Account Sales team by maintaining the trade promotions management system (SAP TPM) with all inputs for planned promotional activities. Generating reports to provide support to account executives and clearing invoices in a timely manner. Responsibilities Daily interaction with UK Account Sales team to capture and input all promotional program updates and associated changes into TPM system Ensure all promotion entries and updates fall within required control standards and in line with the weekly Integrated Planning cycle Liase with account management team and work on the actions suggested in the promo program report Monitoring & maintaining RA’s for volume as well as assortment and promotion status Partner with multiple account teams to ensure that promotional changes are cascaded to the correct account plans Work with our commercial finance team to ensure that volumes, price points and subsequent forecasts generated in the Trade Promotions Management tool can be reconciled with legacy systems Qualifications Degree qualified in Business / Commerce (MBA Preferred) Builds robust and successful working relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills Proactive, responsive and results driven Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs Collaboratively and proactively works with multi-functional teams across GCC and BU Dynamic, organized and able to handle competing priorities Working knowledge of SAP TPM, SAP ERP and BI - Good to have Experience in FMCG - Good to have
