JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. The role will support the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with clients, brokers, and internal teams. The Sales Administrator will play a key role in streamlining sales processes, supporting revenue growth, and maintaining compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a Sales Admin/Sales Coordinator role within Dubai real estate (developer experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and process sales agreements, booking forms, and other client documentation.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client data, sales progress, and broker details.
  • Liaise with brokers, agents, and clients to ensure timely collection and submission of required documents.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing, payment schedules, and commission processing.
  • Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide updates to sales management.
  • Support the sales team in organizing site visits, client meetings, roadshows, and events.
  • Handle customer queries professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, company policies, and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales managers to support lead generation activities.
