Company Description Job Description You will support our field sales team at SIXT with full operational responsibility for assigned customers in the Vans & Trucks segment, acting as their main point of contact from daily inquiries to long-term customer development. This role combines administrative excellence with proactive sales initiatives as you manage contracts, reservations, and customer relationships while independently planning activities to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in managing campaigns for trade fairs and events, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding customer satisfaction through strong communication and organizational skills. Apply now and join Team Orange YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You support our field sales team with all administrative tasks related to contracts, reservations, damage reports, invoices, as well as breakdown and service inquiries. You take full operational responsibility for your assigned customers and act as their main point of contact – from handling regular inquiries to driving long-term customer development. Managing multiple customers within campaigns for trade fairs and events is a key part of your role, ensuring seamless execution and a high level of customer satisfaction. You independently plan and execute initiatives to acquire new customers and increase revenue. You organize your workload efficiently, prioritize tasks independently, and ensure the continuous development of your customer relationships. Customer master data, contract information and all relevant processes are maintained by you in our CRM systems, ensuring a high level of data quality.
