Description
Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, and maintaining accurate sales records. Job Responsibilities:** Process sales orders, invoices, and quotations accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Prepare sales reports and presentations as required by the sales manager. Coordinate sales team meetings and manage their schedules. Handle customer inquiries and provide support regarding sales-related matters. Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and agreements. Liaise with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and expense reporting. Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to the sales team. Assist in organizing sales events and promotions. Job Qualifications:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales administration or similar administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
