As a partner to many of the world's best riders, and due to increasing demands and activities, we are looking for a Sales Administration Assistant in Wellington. This is a temporary position which will start on November 1st, end date of contract TBD What you'll be doing is... After being trained and directly reporting to the Sales Admin Supervisor, you will be in charge of (and not limited to): Process orders from sales representatives Provide customer services and sales support to customers and sales rep (Q&A) Keep database up to date Confirm delivery addresses prior to collecting and processing final payments by providing form for payment options. Prepare shipping label and communicate with client via text, phone and/or e-mail. Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Schedule: 8 hour shift, from 9am to 6pm - with 1hr lunch break from 1-2pm Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Wellington, FL 33414: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Compensation $15/hr Benefits Holidays off 5 paid days off
