We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Galway team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Generating new memberships & renewing/retaining existing memberships to achieve the monthly sales target.
  • Touring new potential customers around the club with the goal to encourage sign ups.
  • Performing phone calls to current & existing members; inquire about their satisfaction with their membership, seek feedback & ultimately building a long-term relationship with them.
  • Ensuring memberships are recorded, updated, monitored & maintained in the software systems of the club.
  • Working in a team environment; ensuring a positive & professional working relationship with your colleagues
  • Covering the Front of house, performing administrational duties & respond to inquiries in a friendly approachable manner while building a rapport with existing members.

The successful candidate must be:
o Enthusiastic, positive, motivated and innovative - with a can-do attitude.
o Capable of working on their own initiative and work well within a team.
o Strong written and oral communication skills are vital.
o Strong time management and organisational skills - ability to prioritise and multitask.
o Good organisational skills.
o High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
This is a part-time role, contract 10 hour minimum with a average of 18-25 hours per week, with opportunity for more hours, covering holidays, sick leave etc.

Pay: €13.50 per hour
