At Take Us for Granite, we specialize in crafting high quality stone surfaces for residential and commercial projects. These projects range from kitchen countertops to custom stone features and transform spaces into beauty and durability. We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales & Admin Associate to help us maintain our commitment to workmanship and provide top-notch service to our clients.
As our Sales and Admin Associate, you will play a key role in supporting both our sales efforts and administrative processes. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth workflow, from initial client inquiries through to project completion, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in sales or administrative roles (preferably in a related field, such as construction, design, or manufacturing).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and CRM software (preferred).
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license
  • A personable, motivated, and confident personality
  • Basic mathematical skills
Responsibilities
  • Sales Support:
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide product information.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals based on customer specifications.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and close deals.
  • Assist with product recommendations and upselling opportunities.
