The role combines traditional sales administration responsibilities with strategic tasks such as preparing and presenting tenders, monitoring competitors, and identifying potential sales leads.   WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Sales Administration * Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. * Maintain and update CRM systems with customer data, opportunities, and sales activities. * Prepare sales documentation, quotations, and internal reports. * Coordinate communication between sales, finance, operations, and clients. Tender Preparation & Management * Identify relevant public and private tender opportunities. * Coordinate the preparation, documentation, and submission of tender proposals. * Gather technical, financial, and legal information required for tender responses. * Prepare professional tender presentations and submission materials. * Ensure all tender submissions comply with deadlines and requirements. Competitor Analysis * Monitor market activity and yearly sales information. * Prepare comparative analyses to support sales strategy and positioning. * Maintain a competitor intelligence database and share insights with the sales team. Lead Detection & Market Research * Identify potential leads through market research, online platforms, and industry databases. * Support the sales team in qualifying prospects and developing outreach lists. * Track emerging opportunities, projects, and industry developments. * Assist in developing strategies to approach new prospects and markets.   WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE Qualifications * 2–4 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or business development support. * Experience preparing tenders * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
