Job Description Key responsibilities : Manage the entire sales cycle : Applies administrative procedures for order processing in accordance with internal processes in order to contribute to the compliant execution of sales operations. Enters and tracks customer orders, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the data entered in order to guarantee sales compliance. Manages customer claims and complaints related to orders entered and invoiced in order to build customer loyalty and ensure their satisfaction Prepare sales contracts in accordance with current templates and procedures to ensure contractual compliance. Provide administrative support to clients : Updates customer files and sales data based on completed orders in order to maintain up-to-date sales history and provide the necessary information. Reports on sales activity based on available data in order to provide the sales and marketing departments with the necessary information. Compliance with EHS standards and sustainable development : Applies product and operation traceability procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and norms related to archiving and documentation. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and fair practices with customers and partners in order to promote a positive image of the company and its practices. Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in administrative management and commerce At least 5 years of experience in a similar position In line with Sika's values and principles Additional Information Special requirements Undertake such additional duties which may from time to time be required.
