Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary:£28,000 - £32,000 Per annum
A leading supplier of hardwood timber access mats is seeking a Sales Administration Manager to join their team. With a strong reputation in the construction, energy, and utilities sectors, the company continues to grow and is looking for a highly organised, proactive professional to support its sales and operations.
About the Role
This is a senior-level position requiring a confident self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The role is fast-paced, requiring excellent multitasking skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
The Sales Administration Manager will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and will manage all day-to-day sales and operational administration tasks. They will also oversee general office duties and staff management within the depot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally.
  • Processing sales orders, following up on quotations, and managing aftersales service.
  • Arranging deliveries and collections with haulage companies and liaising with clients.
  • Communicating with suppliers, transport companies, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing invoicing, payments, credit control, and supplier invoices using Sage Line 50.
  • Overseeing purchasing activities as required.
  • Managing any additional office staff within the depot.
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are met and maintaining a clean office environment.

Essential Requirements

  • At least five years of senior-level office administration experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel,
